Sign in to the web app, change the language, recover a forgotten password.
Sign in to the web app
- Open app.theschool.pro in your browser (a recent Chrome, Edge or Firefox).
- Enter your Username (your email or phone number) and your Password.
- Tick Remember me if you are on a personal computer.
- Click Sign in.

You land on the Dashboard (or on the first screen your role is allowed to open).
Your credentials
Nobody can create an account on their own: every user is invited by the school (see Invite users). If you haven't received an invitation, ask your school's administration.
Forgotten password
- On the sign-in screen, click Did you forget your password?
- Enter the email address or phone number used for your account.
- Click Reset password and follow the instructions you receive.
Change the language
The app is available in French, Arabic and English. Open the Language menu in the top bar and pick your language. In Arabic, the whole interface switches to right-to-left.
Change your password and sign out
From your account menu, in the top bar:
- Password: change your password.
- Sign out: close your session. Remember to do it on a shared computer.
