What TheSchool is, its three apps and how to use this help center.
TheSchool is the school management platform by CHA Solutions. It brings together, in one tool, teaching (attendance, courses, homework, marks), the relationship with families (messages, announcements, daily reports) and the administrative and financial management of your school.
Three apps, one school

The three apps share the same data: what you enter on the web shows up at once in the relevant mobile apps, and the other way round.
How to use this help center
- The left menu mirrors the web app's menu, in the same order. If you know where a screen is in the app, you know where to find its help.
- At the top of each page, a box tells you where to find the screen, who can use it and, if any, the condition for it to show (for example: Finance module enabled).
- Labels written like this are exactly the app's buttons and menus. Some screens are not translated into English yet: the help quotes them as you will see them, in French.
- Use the search (top right, or Ctrl + K) to find a topic.

What you see depends on your role
The menu only shows the screens your role is allowed to open (director, secretary, accountant…). If a screen described here doesn't show for you, see Roles and access.
