Invite users
Nobody gets into TheSchool without an invitation, not the team, not the teachers, not the families.
In TheSchool, every user must be invited before they can sign in: management, administration, staff, teachers, parents, students and drivers. There is no open sign-up. That's what ensures only the people the school allows can reach its data.
Who invites whom

Invitations are managed in the Invitations screen (Communications menu), open to management and administration.
Many accounts at once
To create a whole school's accounts in one go (students, parents, teachers), use Import data: the accounts are created directly from an Excel file, with no invitation to accept.
What the invited person receives
- Teachers receive an email with a QR code: they just scan it with the teacher app, or follow the link in the email.
- Parents activate their account, then sign in to the parent app. One parent account groups all their children enrolled in the school.
