Create your account from the invitation, sign in, recover your password and edit your profile.
Create your account
The school creates your account in one of these ways:
- Invitation: you receive a link (SMS or email) or a sheet with a QR code. The link opens the registration screen: choose your Email or Phone and your Password, confirm it, then submit. A message confirms the account was created; you can then sign in.
- Account created by the school (import): the school gives you your username and a starting password, to change at your first sign-in.
Sign in
Open the app, enter your Email or Phone and your Password, then Login. You stay signed in until you sign out (icon at the top right).
Forgotten password
- On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password?.
- Choose Email or Phone, enter it, then request the reset.
- Enter the OTP code you receive and verify it.
- Choose a new Password, confirm it, then Save.
Edit your profile
Profile tab:
- your details: first and last name (also in Arabic), gender, birth date;
- your Email and Phone (they are your username);
- your password: Current password, New password, confirmation.
Each part is saved with Save.
