Your children's absences, daily report, health reports and convocations.
Absences and late arrivals
The Absence module lists the absences and late arrivals recorded by the school. You also get a notification for each absence.
Daily report
When the school publishes the day's report, the Daily report available button shows on your child's card in My children, and you get a notification.
The report shows Presence, Behavior, food, Nap, work and concentration, health and wellbeing, each marked “all good” or “pay attention”, plus the school's Comments.
Health report
Your child is ill? Tell the school before bringing them:
- Open Health Report and create a report.
- Select a student, then fill in the state (fever, cough…), symptoms, illness if known and temperature.
- If a medicine must be taken at school, tick that box and give its name and Dosage. Attach the prescription with Add files.
- Save: the app confirms and asks you to wait for the administration's reply.
The school replies (the child can come, can't come, or you must pick them up): you get the reply as a notification, and it shows in the report's details.
Convocations
When the school calls you in, you get a notification. The Convocations module (“Convocation tracking”) lists your convocations, with their date and motive.
