My children
Each child's record, medical record, accompanists and access to the student app.
The Students module shows all your children enrolled in the school, with their class, registration number, whether they are Authorized to leave and their Accompanists.
When today's daily report is ready, the Daily report available button shows on the child's card: see School life.
The child's record
Tap a child to open their details: birth date, class, gender, number, and the sections below.
Authorized to leave
Tick Authorized to leave to tell the administration your child doesn't need a parent or accompanist to leave the school, then Save.
Accompanists
Accompanists are the people allowed to pick up your child. Tap Add accompanist, fill in first name, last name and phone, then Save. The school sees them on the student's record.
Medical record
The Medical record holds health information useful to the school: blood group, eyesight (left eye, right eye), vaccines (BCG, measles, others), ongoing treatment, food allergies, past illnesses… Fill it in and save: the school consults it when needed.
Student access
If your child has their own student account, the access code button (key icon, labelled Code d'accès) shows on their card. It displays a QR code to scan from the TheSchool-Student app, or a code to type directly into that app.
