Programmable Salary

A programmable salary is a fixed salary paid every month to one or more employees. It is the base salary in their payslips.

Create a monthly salaryCopy Anchor Link

1. Click Create a new Programmable Salary.
2. Fill in the Name, Type and Amount.
3. Pick the Concerned employees.
4. Fill in the day of the month (Each), the Start and, if needed, the End.
5. Pick the Related charge type and the School.
6. Click Save.

Payroll managedCopy Anchor Link

The record shows whether the salary is Payroll managed: it is then calculated in the payslips (with absences, lateness, bonuses and deductions) and no longer recorded as a flat charge. The ongoing status, total amount and last charge date help follow what has already been booked.
