Extra fees are options paid on top of tuition: transport, canteen, sports uniform… You then add them to each enrolment, and they add to its total.
Create a fee
- Click Create a new Extra Fee.
- Fill in the Name and the Fee (in DA).
- Click Sauvegarder et créer un/une autre (save and create another) to go on, then Save.
In Setings, “Gérer les frais supplémentaires séparément” and “Appliquer des réductions sur les frais supplémentaires” set how they are handled in instalments and discounts.
