School Certificat Request

Parents can request a school certificate for one or more of their children from the parent app, in French or in Arabic. All requests for the current school year arrive in this screen.

Click View: the page shows the requesting parent, the students concerned, the requested language, the parent's comment if any, and the creation and update dates.

If a parent makes their request in person, you can record it to keep track:

1. Click Create a new School Certificat Request.
2. Fill in the Parent, the Students, the Language and, if needed, a Comment.
3. Click Save.

Deliver the certificateCopy Anchor Link

The certificate is prepared outside TheSchool, then sent to the parent from the request:

1. Open the request with View.
2. In the Deliver the certificate panel, attach the certificate (PDF or image).
3. If needed, write a message to the parent (otherwise: "Votre certificat de scolarité pour … est prêt.").
4. Click Send to the parent.

The parent gets the certificate as a message in the parent app, with a notification. The request then shows Delivered on … by …, and the list its sending date. The button becomes Send again: handy to correct a sending.

What happens nextCopy Anchor Link

• For each new request from a parent, the CEO and the administrators who can see it get a notification (in French): "Demande de certificat de scolarité : … demande un certificat (AR) pour …".
• When you send it, the parent gets the certificate as a message (see above).
